Provision of Indicative Valuations
Accessing the Website and utilising the content and completing the form enables you to request and be provided with an indicative valuation of an identified property to be provided within 60 minutes of submitting the form. This indicative valuation is provided on basis that: 

• - Prior to providing the valuation you agree to and accept the Terms of Use
• - You have provided an accurate identification of the property in the submitted form and Pinnacle Estate Agency does not verify the information 
• - It is an approximate valuation only 
• - Best endeavours will be made to achieve the 60 minute timetable for providing the valuation BUT this is not a guarantee.

Pinnacle Estate Agency is not liable for any loss, damages or similar arising out of or in connection with the reliance on the indicative valuation or as a consequence of the delay in providing the indicative valuation. This includes without limitation, direct and indirect loss, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings (whether or not the losses were foreseeable, arose in the normal course of things or you have advised or not advised Pinnacle Estate Agency of the possibility of such potential loss), or any other direct or indirect, consequential and incidental damages. 

Information About You and Your Visits to the Website
