The East Coast offers many downtime entertainment activities to enjoy, from rollerblading to cycling to running to fishing to barbecuing and more. One of the most prominent areas of Marine Parade is East Coast Park, which offers ample space to rest and relax while enjoying the sounds of nature.

HDB resale flat prices in Marine Parade are not as high as you probably think, knowing how many private homes there are in this affluent area. 

At the moment, things in this neighbourhood are all torn up with all the construction going taking place building the Thomson-East Coast Line. Even though the connectivity in this area is quite good, this will undoubtedly improve it when finished. 

Aside from a great location, Marine Parade residents have easy access to the town centre, a nice variety of stores, gourmet shops, great restaurants, and goods from well-known brands available in the heritage section.
